1. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Speed for Registration of On-Line Application on Internet, is based on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicant’s trying to register the application at the same time etc. Therefore if you are not able to get the pages for registration immediately, please retry after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

2. I cannot submit my Application form.
This problem occur either because of Internet Connection problem or heavy server traffic.
Avoid filling your Form on the last minute to avoid heavy server traffic.

3. Which extension file format accepted?
The application accepts only file with the extension of .png/.jpg/.jpeg/ .pdf file.
a. Last exam marksheet: .png/.jpg/.jpeg/ .pdf
b. Passport size photo: .png/.jpg/.jpeg/
c. Sbcollect payment receipt: .png/.jpg/.jpeg/ .pdf

4. I want to change / correct the details I entered in the Application?
From your dashboard ---click setting --- click edit application form --- button to correct the details. Please remember to take fresh print out after modifying any details. Candidate should note that the data entered in Basic Info cannot be modified.

5. How do I pay the fee for exam?
From your dashboard click 'payment' tab and it will direct you to sbcollect system and pay the fee OR click this link https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm, after finish payment do print out the receipt or save as soft-copy for further use.

6. Do I have to fill all the input fields in the application form?
Yes, all the input fields with a red asterisk * are mandatory otherwise the system will not allow you to submit the application form.
